About Albatros Residencia
Albatros Residencia is a residential complex situated in Los Alcazares, Murcia, Spain. It consists of town houses, duplexes, bungalows and apartments; 193 dwellings in total.
Many properties are permanently occupied as main homes where occupants will be working or going to school throughout the ‘holiday season’ while other properties have been made available for holiday rental.
In common with all residential complexes, to maintain the quality of life for all, there are by-laws which have been agreed by all owners. These relate to RESPECT for others, BEHAVIOUR in and around the pool area, the gardens, corridors and shared access stairways.
When considering a holiday or long term rental, you should be aware of these to avoid any misunderstandings or confrontation during your stay. Please review the rules and the code of conduct using the menu above.
In compliance with Spanish law, it is the owners who pay for the maintenance of the pool and gardens.
It should be understood that as Albatros is a residential Community, it does not have the facilities expected at a purpose-built holiday venue such as a reception area with staff available to answer queries, public toilets or snack bars. Queries should be dealt with by the owner of the property or their agent.
The complex has two pools, one for small infants and the other for adults and children over 12 years.
In the interest of everyone’s safety and for the well-being of all, there are rules for the use of the pools and surrounding area. These are clearly displayed on a board at the pool side and can also be seen on the rules page using the menu above.
For many weeks during the busy summer months a pool guard is employed to ensure safety, which includes ensuring these rules are followed. A night guard is also employed during the busy summer months.
